Dear Parents,

The BIS Schools, under the umbrella of The British School Istanbul, draw inspiration from The British International School Istanbul's long-standing experience and educational know-how in shaping their educational philosophy. They maintain international standards, contemporary pedagogical approaches, and a strong academic culture, adapting them to their own structure.

This experience is one of the cornerstones of our school's educational quality. As BIS Schools Bahçeşehir Campus, we see it as our primary responsibility to continuously advance the quality education approach we have embraced since our establishment, in line with our goals for continuous development.

Our approach is clear throughout our educational journey, which spans from early childhood to the final year of secondary school. Instead of a system that undermines our students' psychology and creates intense exam pressure at an early age, we implement an educational model that fosters strong character, versatility, and a vision of global citizenship. Academic development is pursued in a robust and systematic manner at all levels; however, we do not allow exam stress to wear down our students' psychology until the secondary school years.

During this process, our students develop into individuals who actively engage in art and sports, learn about different cultures and internalise tolerance, speak English at a native level, express themselves accurately and possess high self-confidence. Academic success progresses in a balanced harmony with character development, social skills and versatility.

At secondary school level, an academically intensive, disciplined and goal-oriented structure is built upon this solid foundation. Our students progress through a programme that is well-versed in both Turkish and international university systems; our primary objectives include placing students aiming for Turkey in our country's most prestigious universities and those aiming for international studies in the world's top universities.

During this process, not only academic preparation is provided, but also a strong and personalised guidance system is offered to help students determine the direction they should take. The correct determination and planning of their goals in Turkey or abroad, in line with their potential, interests and competencies, is carried out with a professional consultancy approach.

While our international school has been successfully graduating high school students for years, we have also successfully experienced the high school level at our Turkish school in our Zekeriyaköy campus. In line with this strong experience and vision, we are proud to announce the opening of the Anatolian High School level at our Bahçeşehir Campus.

This will enable our pupils to experience a seamless development process within the same educational culture and vision from nursery school to secondary school. We would like to emphasise that this step is a planned and robust continuation of our school's long-term educational vision.
